Your privacy

Feralcode manages the shared account used by Canine Scorebook, Rebel Sporting Arena and EU Cup. Contact: support@feralcode.se.

We use account details to provide sign-in, your owner profile, your dogs and access to connected services. Event registrations, courses, certificates, results and payments remain with the website that provides them.

Account delivery uses necessary session cookies. This account page does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Public contact details, optional organizer contact sharing and newsletters are choices you can change here. Necessary information for an event you register for may still be processed to provide that event.

Historical requests are reviewed by the Feralcode owner. A request does not automatically give access to another owner's private profile. Your event descriptions are visible only to you and the reviewer.

Account data is retained while needed to provide the account and handle requests. Sports records and accounting documents may have different retention requirements. A deletion request is reviewed across the connected services; any necessary retention and its reason must be documented. No request is silently treated as completed.

You can correct your profile, download shared account data and request access, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Full access requests include site-specific information. You may also contact your data protection authority.
